Our solution – proactive IT support

Techsol modernised WaterMota’s IT infrastructure with a structured plan that ensured business continuity and improved performance. We replaced outdated hardware, upgraded desktops, and streamlined their setup by organising the comms cabinet and consolidating servers. A new server was installed to boost their Opera system, and domain controller issues were resolved for a smoother transition.

To enhance security and meet cyber insurance requirements, we installed a Sophos firewall, migrated emails to Office 365, and enabled Multi-Factor Authentication for Microsoft 365 accounts. We also introduced a faster backup system and set up cloud-based disaster recovery for added resilience.

With the new cloud-based systems, the WaterMota team can now stay connected to the office wherever they are. Whether they’re travelling or working remotely, it’s easier than ever to stay productive on the move.

We continue to work closely with James and the team, providing ongoing advice and support to help streamline workflows and improve business processes. The impact has been significant: WaterMota’s systems are now more secure and safer than ever. The upgraded hardware and new server have improved performance, providing faster and more reliable operations.
