The challenge
Hunter Healthcare Group is made up of six separate companies, and the team wanted a single finance platform that could bring everything together. They had been using Xero for a number of years, but as the business scaled, it became clear they had outgrown it.
Producing financial reporting involved bringing information together from multiple entities and systems, which required significant manual effort. As the business continued to grow, this made it harder to access timely insights to support informed decision-making.
