from day one

Every project includes 45 days of post go-live support within your customisation costs, giving your team time to embed the solution and resolve any early queries.

After this period, you can choose from two ongoing support options:

Ad hoc support

Raise tickets via your nominated internal contacts, and we’ll respond as needed. You’re charged only for the time taken to resolve each case, with clear estimates provided before work begins. Ideal if you require occasional support without a fixed commitment.

Fixed-term contract

Starting from five cases per month under an annual agreement, paid monthly. This covers customisation-related issues, triage of third-party integrations, and escalation to Microsoft — including managing tickets and responses on your behalf. A predictable, structured option for organisations that want consistent support coverage.

For ad hoc support, we provide time estimates before work begins so you can make informed decisions. For fixed-term agreements, monthly pricing is clearly defined within your annual contract, giving you predictable budgeting.

If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, on-site support can be arranged where required.
