Post go-live support
Every Dynamics 365 CE project includes 45 days of post go-live support as part of the customisation charges. This period allows your team to embed the solution into daily operations, get comfortable with new processes, and ensures our team is available to resolve any issues and answer questions.
After the initial 45 days, you can choose the support model that best suits your needs:
Ad hoc support
Raise support requests via email, generating tickets for our team. You only pay for the time spent resolving each case, with an upfront estimate provided so costs are clear.
Fixed-term contract
Starting from five cases per month, billed monthly with an annual contract. Covers customisation issues, triaging third-party integrations, and escalating cases to Microsoft. This option ensures your platform is fully supported, with fast response and minimal disruption.
