Microsoft Teams Rooms Implementation at the British Dietetic Association
We recently supported the British Dietetic Association with the implementation of Microsoft Teams Rooms across three of their meeting spaces, helping to modernise their collaboration environment.
Their existing setup had become outdated, making it more difficult to run seamless meetings and hybrid sessions. Our goal was to provide a more reliable and user-friendly solution that would support both in-person and remote participants with ease.
By introducing Microsoft Teams Rooms, we created a consistent meeting experience across all spaces. The new setup enables simple scheduling, one-touch join functionality, and improved audio and video quality, helping users focus on the meeting rather than the technology behind it.
The project included upgrading hardware, configuring the Teams Rooms environment, and ensuring everything was fully aligned with their existing Microsoft 365 setup. We also worked closely with their team to ensure a smooth rollout and minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
The feedback so far has been extremely positive, with noticeable improvements in meeting efficiency and user experience across the organisation.
For the British Dietetic Association, this implementation provides a more dependable and scalable foundation for collaboration. It also supports the growing demand for hybrid working, ensuring their teams can connect and communicate effectively wherever they are.
