Children in Wales National Conference
In March, members of our team attended the Children in Wales National Conference in Cardiff, joining professionals, policymakers, and young people from across the country.
Children in Wales is a valued Techsol customer, and we were proud to support and be part of an event focused on driving positive change. The conference brought together a wide range of voices, all working towards improving outcomes for children and young people across Wales.
The day featured a series of engaging keynote speakers and interactive workshops centred around the theme of Voices in Action. A strong emphasis was placed on lived experience and meaningful participation, highlighting the importance of listening to and involving young people in decisions that affect their lives.
It was particularly valuable to hear firsthand from individuals and organisations making a real impact, as well as to gain insight into the challenges and opportunities currently shaping the sector. Events like this reinforce the importance of collaboration and shared learning in delivering better support and services.
For us, attending the conference was an opportunity not only to support our customer but also to better understand the wider environment they operate in. This helps us continue to align our services with the needs of organisations working in the public and third sectors.
