To support QUBA Solutions’ continued growth and unlock greater flexibility, Techsol recommended Sage Intacct. A key driver for the move was Sage Intacct’s unlimited dimensions, removing the cost centre limitations and enabling the finance team to structure data in a way that accurately reflects the business.
The project focused on delivering a like-for-like transition initially, ensuring continuity while implementing a scalable platform capable of supporting more advanced reporting and automation over time.

Since moving to Sage Intacct, QUBA Solutions have improved supplier payment efficiency and enhanced financial reporting, with greater flexibility in how data is structured.
This phase of the project wasn’t about delivering a dramatic transformation straight away, but about putting the right system in place. The business is currently continuing its development and learning phase, with further enhancements planned to unlock additional value from Sage Intacct.
